Hey, that looks just like mine. Same color. CA car too from San Diego area too. Could have been on the lot at the same time.

I have a bumper suggestion for you. Griot's garage bumper reconditioner. Mine were more faded and whiter than yours by far. Now they are a very nice black. It is a form of black dye that takes several coats depending on the severity of your bumpers. Mine took four. yours should take less. One bottle is enough. After four coats, I still have some left.

PS. pull your carb off and check your exhaust manifold too. Mine was cracked badly.

BOY!That things been around the block a few times!THAT fire plug does lower your home insurance ya-know,so at least thats a plus.My Calif Spit arrived in my drive in the same manner as yours,the waits always fun.
