TR2/3/3A The Distributor Dwell reading...

After gaping the points at .015 I would like to take a dwell reading . Does anyone know what the correct dwell reading should be for the TR3 and at what rpm?
 
SB 60 degrees for Lucas 4 cylinder distributors, dwell angle as at cranking.
