The Beer Run

Sounds like a party is about to break out. I may try and join in but will have to drive the wifes Sebring as my LBC is in many, many pieces.
Need to meet the multi-posters and put faces with names.
Jim

I expect to be home before dark but Charlotte is a little further away from the route. It's very informal though so you could break off when the mood or time strikes you and get back home 'fore the street lights come on. It's an early start for the drive up Caesar's Head and that part is very nice.
Alan, a.k.a. Sleepy, is leaving the Caterham at home and taking
the Camry so you will not be the odd car out either.
Please join us!

We meet at Wild Cat Wayside Park where the Boiled Peanut guy parks. Doubt it's shown on any map.
#11 and #276 run together there and fork apart just up the road. You can see the split from where we meet. LBCs and Company should be easy to spot on the roadside. Just East of the split.

When I went to earth view I saw a small pull off ounce you make the turn off onto hwy 276 then a store on the right. So I think I have my bearings now.

By chance is there a breakfast plan in Greenville. I will be riding up early from Conway area and not sure about lenght of time it will take. So if any of you are meeting for breakfast this would give me more of a window in Greenville

The spot where we meet is BEFORE #11 and #276 split.
No group breakfast plans so I'd be on the lookout for a Waffle House etc before you hit #11.

What time are y'all meeting at 276 and 11 again? I might make it down there or just pick it with the group in Brevard. Its a fun run up to mount pisgah if there is not much traffic on the road.

Glad you can make it Kim!
9ish at the same spot.
Weather forecast looking good too!

Kim, also we got a group meeting at the the Ingles on 276 in Brevard, right there on the 4 lane before you get to Pisgah Forest 276 turn off at 10:30 too if you rather catch up with the group there.

Mighty if you're coming in from Conway, wow, you get the long distance award, then if you head thru Greenville, on 25/276, past Furman University, thru Travelers Rest, SC, then on right almost heading out of town, look for the Travelers Restaurant, there on the right, been there 50 years, good country Southern breakfast.

Really want to go but some unexpected expense have come up and know I am not sure, the mustang get 10mpg and I am figuring 700-800 miles for week end so ...

Ahhhh...70s for highs. 50s in the morning.
Saturday is looking great! Ladies may want to take
a wrap if riding with their tops off.
:savewave:

It is with great regrets I must inform all that we can't do this
wonderful trip.
My wife's aunt died last night and her funeral is Saturday in Columbia.
You guys have a good time and stay safe!
