Whew, just finished helping Mrs Basil make 4 Dozen Enchiladas we're taking to the Ronald McDonald house for a pot luck! That's a lot of enchiladas!

Chicken, beef, or pork?

Love 'em all!

Pass one thru, I'll do a Quality Control test on it!

back in my south Texas days, my choice was *goat*!

Had a student whose mother made me enchiladas de cabrito con uvas secas (baby goat with raisins) every Christmas.

Fantastico!

Made the family eat Birria tacos in Mexico. Didn't translate until they were done eating and proclaimed them "very tasty!" Then I let them know that they were goat.

My wife makes me translate everything now.

Oh thank you thank you thank you I've wanted a connection however tenuous to be able to post this. Ole! (And, boss and Mrs. Boss, thanks for caring for the folk at Ronald McDonald house.
