That was fun!

When you take your head to the machine shop he can deal with the rusted stud as well.
 
The header is stuck on the downside at the flange, not the head side, the head is free and clear and really does look in good shape, well lubed in the right spots, clean in the right spots, except for the CCs.
Waiting for that PB to soak in...
