Its a luggage rack. and it's an accessory. I belive that Cape International makes a really good one for the 100. The one for the six cylinder cars is avalible from all of the major vendors.

I bought one from Cape,but I thought it was rather expensive. I am sure others make them now for the 100.
It looks good and there is no drilling of the boot lid.The top mount is via the boot hinge pins.
