I was pulling a cart of 6 large bags of mulch to my truck from the garden section of Lowes when a fella in his 50's walked by and commented, "Need a hand, old timer?". That hurts.
To make matters worse, when a young babe the week before reached out at the super market to open the door for ME.
That hurts. :frown:

or when I tell a young guy that I need to work on my car's power brakes ...
... and he says "what are power brakes?"

Actually, the worst was when I got a letter from my college alumni club, saying I now have a "golden years membership". And that was at age 50!
