thanks giving catastrophe

Offline
had a great thanks giving untill we stated to clean up, while taking some dishes and glasses up the stairs my slipper on my left foot cought the carpet runner on the the fifth step, as i began to fall i reached out with my left arm having it go in between the treads smashing my left shoulder rotator to bits as it hit the front edge of the step as is very clear on the m.r.i., this will be the third time ill be having it worked on since i got bounced around the cabin of a gulfstream 3 while flying head on into a dangerous storm some place over cyberia in 1994, due to local controller error,..no doc "cab" or any such drink had anything to do with it, wish i did have some cuz this thing hurts like a "beach"

Take th' tranq's an' do a lot o' nuttin' 'til they say you're good fer P.T. We'll call ya SlingWing 'til then.

OUCH!! Take care - you'll be out of sorts for weeks & weeks......hang in there.

doc and guys, while in country flying into remote areas of syberia i had to give up the flight enginers seat to a rusky pilot right after wheels up, seems the contolers that handle this segment of the flight dont speek no english or dont want to, they sent us into one heck of a storm, as i stepped from the cockpit into the cabin i got a prolonged neg-g action then bounced around the cabin like a ping pong ball, breaking my collar bone and wrecking my left shoulder, should have broken my neck, i watched the planes wings bend up above the top of the fuselage then travel an equal distance underneath it, just one of many times i though i was gunna meet the "big guy" or something in a red suit ana tail, i thank "the grumm" for building the gulfstreams like tanks. :yesnod:

Oh my, sorry to hear of your misfortune. I had to undergo a year of therapy to correct a shoulder injury, but mine was caused by a too-old guy trying to do a task he had no business doing because he was too cheap to hire someone. Hope you recover as quickly as possible.
