Wow! Your wonderful English "Care Package" arrived
this afternoon. The Mrs opened it for me and we were stunned.

Today is a really "off my feed" day. Hopefully, I'll feel
a bit better tomorrow and be able to take and post some photos.

But I wanted to let you know thanks from both of us.

Your very welcome! We will be thinking of you guys during the holidays and we have both had a craving for an ice cold coquito con Bacardi. Please have one or three for us.

My question is on the footwear.. Is that Christmas winter weather wear, the socks? Or do the folks in Puerto Rico, need protection from sand fleas and chiggers, etc? Here in Hawaii, shorts and sandals go together, but the only time you see socks included is when the tourists are out and about...

Ron: The first time I saw men wearing sandals AND socks was back in the early nineties when I lived in Wiltshire, England. So, I think Dale was influenced by his English wife.

Ron- the socks are due to a painful foot nerve condition
I cannot pronounce- let alone try to spell.

Any many know, I've been attempting to restore a 1969
TR6 for the past several years. I am a non-mechanic and
there were no other TR6s I could go look at to see how are
supposed to be put together. Plus my wife is a Brit and they
do not sell Chutney here on the island anywhere.

So now I have several repair books, photos of 1969 Triumphs,
some nice chutney, brochures and even a black and white period
piece of cheesecake with my life's motto on it in brass. As
a funny, notice the TR model is wearing a swim suit bottom and
also pantyhose!! Looks funny

"Dare to dream".

WOW!!! What a grand gift Frank and Pat!
I hope your dad is doing a bit better.
