Particular thanks to Wayne and Randall.
Amos very much out of hibernation and roaring to go
for our winter driving season. Nice smooth warm idle at
800 - 900 RPM. Starts on first twist of the key. Nice light,
toasty brown plugs, carbs balanced. peppy up to 3000 RPM
(my personal red line) A nicely balanced, nice sounding engine.

Tomorrow, Amos gets his Christmas present- professional detailing.

Nice feeling, isn't it, Dale?

You have a lovely TR there, an early Xmas gift.

Cheers to you for a job well-done!

I'm glad you are happily motoring in that great looking TR6. On the other hand that green palm looks all most as good to me on this severly cold day in Georgia. Happy Holidays!!

Dale - Enjoy it all you can. It looks much better than the "recent total restoration" that Pedro sold you - what is it now - 5 years ago ?

I trust that with all you have done to make this "perfect TR6" run properly, that you have stopped counting "mbb" (miles between breakdowns).

Dale, for the Christmas season I think you need to put in some white faux (or real?) sheepskin seat covers and somehow fashion a white fur convertible top cover! Then you, or at least Amos, would look just like Saint Nick!

Yup Don- good memory. Exactly five years. I gave up anticipating breakdowns at 5000 miles and haven't looked back.
I carry a small tool box of mostly ignition parts, oil, etc.
And NOW I understand the air valve!! Yahoo.

Merry Christmas everyone.
