I also read that the coach sacrificed his food (prior to being found) in order to give it to the kids. Hard to kick him when I'm sure he feels just as bad.

If I understand correctly, individual parents did not visit the freed children until all of the children were out - all parents stayed at the cave until the end. Does anyone know if this is true? If so, a wonderful example of solidarity. (I am not sure if the parents knew which child was rescued?)

Lived among the Thai people for a year, would return in an eyeblink. Troops, civilians, police... all were stellar folks. "Thai" means FREE in the language. They are.
