So does Dale (Tinster) This one's probably bad taste.

A terrible day!! Trying to clear out the overgrown jungle,
that two months ago was our backyard- before the monsoon
season arrived.

we hired the neighbor's kid to help us. We warned him to stay
away from Wendy's deadly Triffids and he did.

Darned if he didn't stumble upon a hidden, man eating,
Monheqwik plant and was gone in a flash. R.I.P. What are
we going to tell his folks?

Well Dale, I think his demise is your fault. If you hadn't taken the time to snap that shot, you could have pulled him to safety. :jester: That was always my beef with that show Wild Kingdom. They would film a lion eating a gazelle and talk about how tragic it was. Put the camera down and save it! Or just shrug the shoulders and say "That's life fer ya')

Been a dilemma for me as a PhoJo for decades. Record it for history or interfere to change it... now I hear change is good.

You should never have hired a kid named Rip to do the gardening.....
I always wondered where Audri got to.

Deny everything...there's no evidence to prove otherwise.

BTW do you have any seedlings...this gives me a great idea for how to handle those disruptive students.....hmmm?

And here's me thinking that the Triffids had their day ages ago.

Stuart.

Nope Stuart- the Triffids have been lurking and multiplying
all these many years. Gathering strength for a major attack
down at the cruise ship docks. From there, they can reach all
the major population center.

This is what I encounter behind our Koi pond on Saturday morning.
Scary to say the least. Hundreds of Triffids with their deadly stingers.
