I think a slab of carpet and a grille, and you've got yourself a winner mate!

Better throw in a gas pedal too, or you won't be going too far! /bcforum/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/grin.gif

LOL, you noticed that! The PO welded in new floor boards and didn't put a new pedal on. I had to just put my foot on the metal attachment bar.

How do they attach? If I remember correctly, it is a hinge type pedal that attaches to the floor. Is that bolted through the floor pan then? Maybe there's an alternative that wouldn't involve cutting into the floor.

That's not a kitchen sink, it is a parts washer. Don't toss it out.

It is hinged on the bottom, snaps into the metal attachment bar on top.

I have gotten away with 3/16" pop rivets.

Bah, same thing with mine. I'm still driving it with the attachment bar only. I tell myself it's weight reduction to make me feel better about it missing. /bcforum/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/wink.gif

Yep, and they are about 12 bucks and work fine.
