Anyone know where to get a better on of these? Mine is around 3 years old and is split and leaking already. I'm sure I got it from moss.

Poke around and see if you can find the Gates molded hose catalog online. I don't have it handy, but there is one that lists dimensions (diameter each end, length, angle, etc) for a whole bunch of heavy duty (truck) hoses.

Not specific for that hose on that vehicle, but, there are heater or bypass hoses with different diameters at each end, that are long, or have angles at the ends.
If you measure both ends ID, you can cut the part out you need.
Then you get something made from other than British Rubber.
