I will be leaving from the San Jose Airport at 10:30 am on Wednesday.

Anybody interested in caravaning (is that a word?) to Tahoe for Open Roads 2004 on Wednesday, June 2 from the Southern California South Bay area (San Pedro, Torrance, etc.)? That's where George Keens and son David (red Healey 100) are taking off from, and I promised I'd join in (red Healey 100) even tho' I'd prefer the long and winding road - up Highway 101 and overnight. They plan to do the trip in a day, taking the 405 to the 14 (Mojave Desert

) to the 395, barring mechanical problems (and driver fatigue)! Non-red Healey Hundreds are welcomed!

Did he mention his garage will double as an emergency repairs bay during the event?

Did I hear the word Guinnes? Seriously, I'm about ten miles from Stateline (where the gathering begins). Hope my tools aren't needed but they are here for you all.
