Finally got the missus a replacement for her Olds that got totaled in the May giant hail storm. A Saab 9-3. Owner's manual says the computer starts limiting the turbo boost at 143 mph. I can't actually verify that though.

Yeah, it's an '04 but history shows GM pretty much left their hands off it except to steal some ideas for the Cadillacs. You have to go all the way back to '89 to get one that's not GM.
 
It's good to hear we're not all alone. Ours is a 5 speed auto tranny and that may be the best autos I have owned. Has the semi-manual sequential mode and will lock the converter in the top 3 gears.
