How will worn out sway bar connecting bushes effect handling? It seems to me that if the bushes are sufficiently worn to be able to see daylight between the bush and the bar that handling would be very "sloppy" as the turn is initiated. Is this correct?

I was astonished with the difference it made and mine were not that bad. Just dry and cracked a little. Change the whole set, not just the front square ones. Cheap and easy. My kind of fix. Stays flat on turns!

Hi, Tahoe,
I had already replaced the end of the bar bushes and at the links, but for some unfathomable reason didn't do the square ones!!! Just oversight, but I was putting the bumper back on and for some reason the bushes just jumped out at me visually. Now, I am in the middle of replacing front shocks due to the "funny feeling" when starting a turn........somehow I think I would have saved quite a few dollars if I hadn't overlooked these! Quite interested to see how it handles when I am finally ready to put her on the street again! - shooting for the April 16 Healey Roundup in Marble Falls, TX. Weather will be great by then. Thanks!
