Sway bar bushings

The 79 Midget has a 3/4" front sway bar with the solid aluminum bushings, one of which has snapped the weld to the body and looks a little damaged. If I replace these I know I have different choices, aluminum again, hard urethane, poly, with or without grease fittings. Since the underside of the main beam is torn where the weld is I plan the attach a piece of 12 ga to attach the bushings.
Any suggestions?

Thanks

You get get "universal" Bushings in poly or rubber from Summit or jegs at a good price. Poly ones will eventually squeek without grease so you may want grease fittings there but if you are only on the street with the car and the rest of your ft. end bushings are rubber, I see no need for anything more than poly.
