Sway bar bushing replace

Putting a sway bar on the front of the 76B. Got a 5/8" bar and urethane bushings from Moss. Have no idea how to press these things in. Do I need an NFL tackle or guard on one very big vise to do it. Outside diameter of lips on the bushings are just shy of an inch and a quarter. Size of hole going in to is about 31/323". Somebody supply wrong parts? Or do I just need a big vice and a body building program?
Thanks.

Lube will be your best friend here! Lithium grease, WD40, Soap soap soap soap water and soap, "personal" lubricants.... etc. They'll all help. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/thumbsup.gif

and a pocket Schwartzenager would be handy too... /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/jester.gif

I found a large vice helpful. I also used a rat tail file to take the edge off the inner circle of the sway bar. I had about given up when they finally went in. Just keep at it.
