I am going to replace the front bushings and Moss sells polyurethane or prothane. What are the pros and cons? Are there better bushings out there? Thanks and have a good day!

If you are talking about the upper inners, I've found black poly far outlasts rubber without any increase in harshness. Try and get two piece poly bushes which can be installed without removing the fulcrum pins and coil springs (for access to the fixings).

Poly bush kits usually come with a sachet of white grease which is for lubing the fulcrum pins, but not the holes in the wishbones. The lube helps rotation of the bushes on the pins and prevents squeaks.
