Suspension Bushes

What type of suspension bushes are most of you using in your rebuilds? Original style rubber or poly bushes? I don't want to have to tear the suspension down to replace rubber type again in a couple of years, but I also don't want a ride that'll jar the fillings out of my teeth. Primary use is just for street, but I do like to take it up in the mountains for some spirited driving.

I've only seen the red poly bushes here in the US, but apparently there's a blue variety that's softer that can be sourced from the UK. Anyone had experience with the blue ones (state side)?

I've only used the rubber ones and they are lasting a long time, but probably depends on your driving. I have heard that that red can be a rough ride and also can develop squeaks.

I tried red Poly and went back to rubber. If you use thye red poly, lithium grease the holy-heck out of it or the eventual squeeking will drive you nuts.
