I had a big old package waiting on my front porch today. I was stumped... I wasen't expecting anything.. It had cool LBC decorations on it, and was return adderssed to the left coast!..
I opened it up and was delighted to find 9 records AND a model kit and a newspaper from Cali(that'll be neat reading)!!!
A huge thanks to Doug "AngliaGT"! It had almost slipped my mind about the Homer and Jethro records we talked about in the "Favorite comedy duo" thread a few weeks back. But here thay are along with a Spike Jones (awlright!!) Bob Newheart (cool!) and a couple of banjo records (one is even by "The Big Ben Banjo Band" how fitting is that??!!) /bcforum/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/laugh.gif
AND to top it off the model kit was the 1928 Lincoln "Gangbusters" kit that I had mentioned having once in the "Munsters fans" thread from last week. the one with the gangsters, guns and bootleg bottles!!
What an awsome surprise!!!! thanks soooo much Doug!
Let me know if theres EVER anything I can do.
I'm goin to listen to a record now........
