Here are some of the British (and sort of British) cars at Supercar Sunday this weekend. Yes, that's a real Rolls Royce Silver Ghost!

Man! Everybody must spend hours making those cars look like that!

I'm talking about just the cleaning!!

It doesn't rain very much here.

The Silver Ghost was by far the most expensive and exotic car there, and it was absolutely filthy. They had just returned from showing the car at Pebble Beach and drove it there and back. They didn't bother to wash it before bringing it out which made me love it all the more.

Cliff doesn't usually go to this event. You may be thinking of "Cars & Coffee" which is on Saturdays about an hour south.

Yes I did. You should have done it too! It was a beautiful day with very mild temperatures.

Check the So Cal forum for photos!

Wow, that Cobra finally left the parking lot with you guys. Yeah I wanted to bring the bike, but I broke the clutch lever on Saturday :madder:. Couldn't get one until today. Looks like a good turn out, not too big, not too small.

We had 27 in the parking lot, of which 19 started the run. It was a perfect size, unlike last year's mob.

The Cobra and I had a bit of fun down Tuna Canyon. We talked at the bottom for a while. Nice guy!

Whenever I scour through such beautiful pictures, I have been trained to see the lil blue Mini somewhere in the shots.

Thanks for sharing.

Looked at all the pics.

LOVED the Isetta with the hot rod flames. That's one of the best sight gags I've seen in a long time.

What on earth is the enormous red thing on page three, with all the rivets, the pointy nose and the outrageous radiator cap? Is it a real production car, or a one-off?

...with a GM power steernig pump, too...

Also notice the "key" on the back of the Isetta which spins as he drives down the road.

The big red thing is a recreation of a 1915-ish Le Bestioni. It's built on a fire engine chassis with a ginormous 14-liter engine, IIRC. It isn't very fast but it's loud.

Yikes! I missed the key until you pointed it out. That guy is a real comedian!

That Le Bestioni has the prow of a roman warship. I wonder what ramming speed is in it.
