Supercar Sunday 4-26-09

It's been a while since I posted photos from Supercar Sunday, so here are a few from last weekend.

Worth noting are the THREE REAL COBRAS among the dozen fakes, one of them being the very first production Cobra made (note the '1' painted on it). Also notice the Ferrari 275 GTB and Jay Leno in his 1930's Duesenberg. Another noteworthy car is the red MGA Twin Cam, which is a real Works racer with a rich racing history at all the big tracks in Europe.

Sorry for the lack of British car photos, most of those attending were cars I have seen several times before so I didn't take many photos of them. I have over 100 photos from the gathering but this is a good sampling of the kind of cars that were there this week.

That is one of the "real" Cobras. It's a 1965, and is one of only 21 full competition Cobras built.

Thanks, Steve. Great shots.

I think I've seen that MGC before, though...

:driving: A grand array of motor cars! The photography isn't bad either. Especially like the Buick!

Ahhyes, the MGC, so glad to see the driving light covers are straight now...not at all like they were when Cliff shot them a month or so back. Nice pics Steve, thanks again for the drool factor.
