Sucess and failures

Sat. was cold(15) with a drizzly freezing mixture in KC. In my garage, I had pretty much completed my rewiring and moved on to the reworking of my later master brake cyl. I'd cut the pedal box out for the new master before the repainting of the engine bay with the addition of a brace under the new location of the new rail on the master structure. My buddy John had frabicated an alum. plate to cover the open area and yesterdays sucess was the installation of all this. The failure was tring to repipe everything. I couln't find the 4 way splitter (its gotta be somplace). The lines I took with the later master don't really seem to be all lining up to were the front ones end up. I'm hopeing that a nights sleep on the project will find the splitter and then I can see the solution to all the lines leading to it. Also, when all this didn't work out, I started rebending the fuel line from the elec. fuel pump (upgrading to 1/4" id) and my bends with my bender were kinking. It was time to give it up, besides, when things weren't working out the garage seemed more cold.

"when things weren't working out the garage seemed more cold"

...I've noticed that myself. I think it is because you have to stand still to think and ponder.

Sometimes I sit and think. Sometimes I just sit.

I probably have one of those 4-way splitters on my 74 MG if you can't find yours. I won't be using it.

I've had the car back since tthe 1st and have installed a new wiring loom , hung some parts and gotten in this next project. I realized that I had't picked up a tool I'd gotten out since I started, so I've picked up. The splitter hasn't shown up yet, but I've had a talk with my lab, Hershey. He gets blamed when all else fails.
