SU662 Carbs. for a 1275???

Finally, I am getting around to putting all of the parts together to install a 1275 into my Bugeye. A few years ago I acquired (2) AUD662 (front and rear) which I was told could be used on my 1275. Is that true? I hope, I hope.
Tell me I am OK.
