I ordered my carb kits from Joe Curdo. My rear carb keeps spraying a visible spray of fuel and it got me wondering. Should the colored band on the fuel tubes be the same color?

One of mine is green (the one that works fine) and the other is pink (lots of spray). I know that I can wait and call Joe on Monday but wondered if anyone else knew.

Thanks!

One is the front jet, and one is the rear. They're "handed" due to the position of the boss for the choke linkage attachment.

Which carbs do you have? H1's or HS-2's? (Bugeye ones or 1275 ones?)
Bill

And what is the listed pressure on the fuel pump that you installed?

1275 Ones on a 1275.

I got it all sorted now. Turns out that the grosse valve in the front carb was stuck closed so I was only running on 2 cyls. I fixed that set the jets back to 12 flats recentered all throttles and it fires right up and purrs.

Thank GOD! I was beginning to stress a bit because the 1275 in my Midget was much easier to get running. This stuff isn't really that complicated but theres so many variables.

Thanks for the help! Again!

Ben
