My 70 GT6 has twin SU's (PROMISE) and I want to put LongFio air filters on but not sure which to order. I found a metal plate on the carbs that has ACU 966 on them but I can not find this number in the Haynes manual. Was also curious to see what they came off of. Would they be HS6's?

Here is a website for S.U and Zenith carburetors https://www.burlen.co.uk/ Burlen Fuel Systems is the "current" S.U carburetor company. You can go to the parts section and either do a search by part number or car manufacturer and model. Hope this is helpful.

Hello 2CD,

they are the spec, (should be auc966) and are HS6's fitted to a P1800 Volvo.

Thanks for the reply my car was originally bought in Honolulu from Shelly Motors, LTD. on Kapiolani Blvd. on July 10,1970 boy has it been screwed up since then,just about ready to fire it up and see how those SU's preform. Sorry about letter mix up new I would get caught on that. thanks PIMAN
