SU Carb Rebuild

UPDATE!! Put in the Viton tipped needle valves and viola, she runs better than she has ever ran. Thanks to John Twist, the carbs tuned just like the video. Life is good! Now I need to figure out what to do with the old ones. Happy Labor day everyone.

No question in my mind, try the trash can.

I can't just toss them. I was thinking I could clean all the JB weld off and maybe rebuild them for a spare set. It was fun doing the rebuild myself.

Hehe, I thought you ment the jets.

Do not throw away the old carbs, they are restoreable of course.

hehe, all I can do is echo Jack on that!! At the very least the old carbs can provide replacement parts in a pinch!!
