Now that all you vain tough-guys checked this out, here's my question:

- I purchased a top from Moss. I have it at the uphostery shop to have the fasteners attached. The top came with Tenax fasteners, but not the mounting studs (go figure). I had previously purchased some studs from Moss, but these are a bit to short, so when you put the fastener on it, but then apply some pressure, it disconnects.

Does anyone know the correct part number for these? Moss lists at least two (227-700 and 227-010), and maybe even more I haven't come across.

Thanks,
Mike Pennell

You may have to ask the maker of the top. I was not aware there was more than one size.

Does the female tennex you have have a number you can reference to find the male end? Male ends on Miss Agatha are very short.

I had this trouble once also and got them from a junk yard. There do seem to be different lengths for Midgets and Bs. I see you have both an Alpine and a Sprite. Which is this for?
I had an Alpine once and even though some Midget parts were interchangeable some obviously are not.
