Stud gun slide hammer jaws

I seem to have lost the end of my slide hammer that grips the studs welded onto the work by the stud gun. I got mine as part of a stud gun set on eBay. The gripper had a pawl like gripping mechanism that held the studs. I think the HF gun kit is pretty much the same. I can't find the part listed separately anywhere. I would consider a different type but have had no trouble this one it before I lost it. This is a picture of it from the internet. In the meantime I welded a bolt onto an old pair of vise grips, not ideal. Any ideas will be appreciated.

Did you look in the 10mm socket drawer? Might be hiding there! :playful:

Found this in there. Don't think it's metric.

I have the grip head from a busted pop rivet tool you can have for the postage.
Haven't engineered it out yet but I bet it would work.
