stuck clutch

Well, you have tried the obvious things, so I think it's time to face removing the engine and transmission. Issue is probably the clutch disk is frozen to the flywheel. Have you determined that the slave is pushing the actuating rod? have someone push the pedal and take a look see. No one wants to needlessly pull everything unless they have to, but the usual things aren't working.
 
Also, many more people look at the forums than the blogs here. A blog is just a place where you can chronicle the work you're doing on you car, etc.

When you need an answer to a technical question you'll have better luck getting replies if you "post" your question in the appropriate discussion forum.
