STOP!! Never post your email address in open forums. Bots can "harvest" your email! If you must share your email use a Private Message or use the 
smilie in place of the real @

Yup, BFH all the way. Heat might help, but (unless it looks really rusty) I'd say a good whuppin' should be sufficient to loosen its grip... Time to work out the week's frustrations!
