TR6 Strange Steering Rack Cap

I am going to service the steering rack in my 1975 TR6. I do not recognize the cap that is on the rack. Does anyone know what tool I need to remove the cap? I want to put a grease nipple on it. See the picture below. One is of the stock cap I expect to find, and the other is the cap I have.

Erking, I do not believe the plugs you have highlighted are one in the same.
The cap you have highlighted (left) is on top of the rack and I believe includes a plunger and and spring.
The cap in the picture (right) appears to be the opposite end of the input shaft. I believe post disassembly you can remove it if you need to by pushing it our from the inside.... I have redone mine. I do not remember moving this cap.

You are quite right, they are not the same. After a lot of research and gnashing of teeth, I have discovered that this particular rack is not original. For this rack "lubrication technology has moved on since the TR4-4A was in production. The new racks are pre-lubed for life with a special grease". I no longer plan to open it up.
