Straight shifter lever

Here's something you don't see very often. Notice the straight shifter lever on this early 1958 BE. The straight lever was correct through engine number 3995.

That does look interesting. Does that tub look decent? At first glance it does look much, much better than mine. But looks like somebody filled the B post seam... right? If it stayed near the current price and was solid I would consider picking it up.

Ahhh, I just looked at more of the photos... plenty of patch work.

Hmmmm! I guess this smooth-case I have is quite an early one then!! /bcforum/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/thumbsup.gif John, I'd say that's a fairly nice tub (even with the seam filled!). It certainly is better than mine, but a bit north for me!

That is a better tub than the early '59 I've got sitting here. Too far away for me to be interested, though.
