Storing side screens in a BN6

What is the intended place to store the side screens in a BN6? I found several references where the top is stored, but none about the side screens. Currently I put them on the bottom of my trunk. But then there is almost no room for other stuff since I do not dare to put anything on the side screens.

Thanks,

Volker

I made a cutout piece of masonite (pressed board) in the same shape as the sidescreen. I keep them in a divided bag with the masonite on top. That way stuff can go on top of them. The bags are available from the usual sources.

I needed this because I broke one of my panes by putting a suitcase on top of the sidescreens. With a BN6 we actually have the option of putting a suitcase in the trunk! :D

I think they're just supposed to sit in the trunk on top of the spare tire. Steve's suggestion of putting a piece of masonite over them seems like a good idea.

When my BN6 was a daily driver, I had the original divided bag. I wrapped that in a blanket that was needed occasionally by a passenger, and slid the wrapped bag into the space above the spare tire on the battery hatch.
