Well i finally did my brakes the other day and must say oustanding. Put stainless lines on, new discs, performance pads, rear wheel cylinders, and shoes. It made a huge difference. I guess my rear cylinders being completely froze up didnt help.

Did you buy upgrade kits? If so, what kind and from where? I am looking into new brakes for mine.

Any advice? Things you might do different next time?
