Mickey, nothing profound here, but THIS is a link for all the MGAs listed on eBay, in "one fell swoop." The owner of this website is a good guy; he has an identical website for Triumphs and Healeys, and probably others.

I was sorry to hear about your loss - this surely puts a dent in your holiday season.

I am still looking for my "richwiddawoman," so I can get an MGA.

I hope this helps.

Not that it makes it any better, I do not think the stolen car was owned by Mickey. He just reposted the message someone else posted to get wider coverage.

Yep.

Sorry to hear about the MGA. One thing you might want to look into is any activity from many DMVs on MGAs. I bet there is not that much MGA title changing activity throughout the country. I would start looking now, but not expect to see the activity on that car for 6 months. In the day, at least with tr3s, it was not uncommon to have many titles and plates, and the vin numbers come on and off easily. There are a few MGAs out there that are basket cases, but have all the paper work and the switch would be easy. I have seen a few tr3s on ebay that are probably 58s and they claim the car is a 61 with a clear title. Good luck and be persistent because I think you can catch these people.

That's a good thought, as long as it's staying in this country. It may be on a ship bound for Europe of the Middle East by now.
