Sticking Shock

Anyone no a remedy for a sticking front shock? It has fresh fluid, and is in otherwise good shape. But it likes to stick after it has been sitting for a bit.

Send it to Peter C for a rebuild.

Sorry, I've been around these cars for 30 years and have never had a shock that was just sticking. I suppose it could be either from the pistons sticking on the cylinders, or the main bushing sticking. Either way I doubt there's much you can do about it as a home remedy. Maybe empty it and use a solvent to clean everything. Otherwise, as Jack said.
