I am attempting to replace the foam on my 75 TR6 and cannot figure out how to remove the headrests. I am not the most mechanical person but I do have eyes and I cannot find the release for the life of me even with the seat cover pulled all the way up. Anybody have a photo?

Pull up the headrest quickly and abruptly...it should pop out.

There’s a little spring steel clip holding it in...looks like this.

The original spring is the broken one on the pic.

And where it holds the headrest in

And the seat frame location
