Steering wheel adapter. What years?

I got a used Moto-Lita steering wheel with an adapter hub a while back. The guy I got it said it was on a B but didn't know what year it fit. It has a 3/4" (measured from the top) splined hole for the steering colum shaft. I looked on the adapter hub but there isn't any numbers on it.
Does this ring a bell for a any certain years?

I guess I may have to pull the steering wheel on my 69 and see if it fits. But if it won't fit that,I still won't know what year it's for.

Thanks for any info.

steering columns are different Adam. 76 and up is different as are the early ones. all wheels will not fit alll B's

If I didn't know you Adam, I'd be worried /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/hammer.gif

Got one of those for my 69 and went through 3 different bosses (adaptors) to get it to fit. Use micrometer to measure exactly and ask Moss rep to do the same. First order was based on what catalog said. I measured badly the first exchange and finally got it right the 2nd exchange. They just told me on the phone now that it was 454-367 but I don't find it on their site. Appears to now be 905-470 but don't trust it. Measure yours and insist that they pull one from box and do the same. Will save you time and shipping charges back if you order wrong. It (the boss or adaptor) changes again in 1970 and components change individually sometimes so hard to be sure.

Well I pulled the steering wheel on the 69 and it boss didt't fit.
Must be for a later year with a horn button on the steering wheel much larger dia. than the steering shaft.
I also tried the steering wheel from my MGA. I think that an A s-wheel will fit an early B 62-67
I guess I'll try it on my 76 and 77 b projects or my 73 parts car.
That should narrow down what it fits.

Thanks for all the info.
