TR2/3/3A Steering control head - how to get the wire down the stator tube -Victory at Last!

I tack welded bumps to hold them. If you are careful grinding around could work too, or even rough the parts with sandpaper and JB weld them in place. They are mainly important to keep the tube centered as it enters the steering gear olive. Once the tube is in place they don't do anything.
