Steering column wiring harness

As the horn was no longer working, I decided to check over the wiring harness in the steering column.

Sure enough, on taking apart the trafficator, the wires had been severed with the exception of the signal turns.

I've received a new harness but unfortunately, with the exception of the turn signal, I am not sure to which screw the horn cable is attached . /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/confused.gif

Can anybody tell me or has pictures of which wire is attached where inside the signal/horn button?

Hi Higgins,

There are some good pictures at Tracy's website in the Trafficator section. The brown wire is for the horn.

Higgins,

Excellent. Say I spent 3 years of my life not far from you near Ramstein Germany.

Bighly,

and I spent 5 years of my life living close to you in California (although I was much younger at the time and didn't even know the what a Healey looked like)
