Steering column upper bushing replacement

I read somewhere that you have to take off all the switches off the steering column to replace this bushing. Does this include the ignition switch? I replaced mine a couple of years ago and remember breaking off the screws to prevent tampering. Also Gerry, how do you handle payments for Canadian orders?

You can contact Gerry at gmasterman@aol.com

From Gerry:

Hi Tony! Thanks for the heads up. I have been unable to sign onto the BCF using the only password/screenname I have in my records. If you would just ask the guy to email me direct until I can get back on the BCF. The second guy may have steering column problems, too. If he can shake is column up and down or side to side by grabbing the steering wheel he likely has bad bearings, too. The sound coming from down low may be his bottom bearing as well. When are you coming down this way again? We ought to get together
