Steel braided fuel line

I'm looking for a steel braided carb-carb fuel line and can't seem to find one. Can anyone direct me to the right place?

Thanks.

I saw that one in VB, but it doesn't say it's steel braided-it says flexline so I wasn't sure. Have you ordered one from them?

Sure have.

I can take another one if anyone wants.

OK, not bashing, but be careful. I ordered one from VB and at least on my car, it was too short..by quite a bit. not sure if they shipped me the wrong one or not, but it was 2+" short. Enough that it wouldn't fit. Might measure yours, call and ask them to measure the new before shipping it.
I ended up using it somewhere else, so no loss for me.

There are two hoses. The one from the fuel pump to the carbs is VB 1-066, and is 12" long. The carb to carb hose is 14+", and is P/N 1-067.

Richard,

I think what you are looking for is referred to as a Petroflex fuel line. Stainless braided outer mesh over 1/4" rubber fuel hose. These come with slip fit rubber tips that get clamped and/or flare type screw on connectors. Burlen still makes these. https://www.burlen.co.uk/ You can look under Fueling Accessories>Fuel Hose for different types or customs. Of course, might be cheaper to buy from the states. The one that I just bought (for my BJ7) from Hemphills Healey Haven was made in the UK.

Cheers,
John
