WHY?


A friend of the wife's likes to dress her foo-foo dog (rat) up and also lets it sit on her lap while she is driving. Even worse is that her husband also drives with it on his lap; you would think that he would know better. "Officer it wasn't my fault that the dog got spooked so I got distracted and rear ended the other car."
