Funny...because I just happened to catch <span style="font-style: italic">Thunder Road</span> on TV last night! Can't picture Robert Mitchum fitting into, let alone outrunning revenuers in, a Triumph 10.... :laugh:

Not for YOUR 10, I hope? Like the later TR3As, it would've had a blue-and-white badge. :wink:

Sorry Andy, i broke the authentic guidelines with the spitfire 1500 and weber downdraft, not to mention the monza exhaust. I just think the red and black looks better.

No problem; all is forgiven. I'll ask the judge to lift the temporary (badge) restraining order! :laugh:

In fairness, I must say that, should I ever get my Standard Pennant into running and driving condition, I might occasionally swap on the (genuine, from the Canadian models and intended also for the US market, although Pennants never did get sold in the US) Triumph Pennant bonnet badge I got years ago!
