Hi Rut,
Are you thinking socket head screws or maybe button head cap screws?
If so, Fastenal has them. I have used both of these often working in machine shops building custom machines. They give a clean appearance and work well where there is limited clearance for a wrench or socket.
Example is on this tool I designed built and patented.
Tom,
these are hex head bolts with an Allen head incorporated inside the hex head. There are certain applications like the heater, MC box, heater valve, etc. that I thought might benefit from using these.
Rut
I hadn't heard of these until your post. They sound interesting. It looks like they have found common use where locking fasteners with indicators is of interest . I found lots of pictures showing them used on exhaust flanges and headers.

I did my Sprite after working on Harleys for 10 years. I used the socket head and button heads extensive. I liked the black look. They do have to be painted they will rust.
I've used the stage 8 bolts before... They work good for header bolts, just don't forget to loosen the inner locking bolt before loosening the outer bolt... If it's an aluminum head, you'll have a bad day, ask me how I know. Tore the threads all to ****
