Stag Stag movie?

For Stag owners who live, breathe and eat all things Stag.

I was browsing the SunCoast video store yesterday and encountered a movie titled "Dracula: AD 1972". It was a Hammer film which I had never heard of and it starred, of course, Christopher Lee and Peter Cushing.

Anyway, prominently displayed on the cover of the DVD were the 2 actors faces, a list of supporting cast, producers etc. and in the middle of the layout....a Triumph Stag.

I haven't seen the movie so I don't know whether Dracula or Dr. (Van Helsing??) owned the Stag.

No thanks necessary, glad to share this important piece of trivia on this forum.

The title of this thread means a lot to us older guys, who were pre-p--n.

Yep, that's pretty much it.

Dracula, being a Count and all, would likely drive a Stag since it was pretty upscale at the time.

I guess he would keep a "Roller" at the castle for his formal transportation needs.

How cryptic!
Paul, are the missing letters _or_?

Very observant. I want to stay within the decency limits of the forum.

Man, that's a time capsule movie! It reminds me that my kids used to wear my 70's clothes for Halloween. Okay, I save stuff - everything comes back sooner or later.

Tosh - I really like the paint scheme on your TR6 - any more pics?

Thank you.
This is pretty much all I have at the moment.

/bcforum/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/iagree.gifI've always thought Tosh's and Swift6's paint jobs were my two favorites.

I'm with you Paul. I jumped at this thread thinking this forum was offering a bit more than car stuff......

Craig

Awesome. Thanks for posting these. That's cool you did something unique and it worked so well. That color combo with those rims really works well. I can't see them well, but they look like Konig Rewinds with polished rims. Nice.
