Squeky drum brakes

I have a 74 Midget. When I push on the brakes the rear drum brakes are load, speed makes no difference as long as the car is moving above 25mph. I have taken them apart and they are fine, there is plenty of pad and all of the components are adjusted properly and in great condition. Anyone have any ideas on how to silence them. Yes I am certain they are the rear brakes the fronts already have the anti squeal shims and a helper verified the rear passengers side as the problem.
 
I know there are products you can buy at places like Autozone that are "Brake Quiet" sprays. I have no experience with them though. Are they glazed? could you rough up the pads a bit? (wear a mask)
 
Can you see where they are rubbing? Maybe the shoes are not installed correctly.
 
Are they new shoes?
The leading edge of each can be (some say should be) filed down a bit at an angle, this may quiet them and give you better braking.
Adjust afterwards of course.
 
The shoes are not new, but they have plenty of pad left. I tried lightly sanding them, but because it has been raining here I have not tried it again. I have not bought the anti squeak stuff as yet because they have not always squealed..
 
How about the adjusters?
Everyone should adjust their back brakes from time to time, they won't adjust themselves after all.
 
Problem solved, I lightly sanded the passenger side rear brake pad, with 220 grit paper. All I did was rough it up and that solved the problem. Thanks for the ideas.
